How to connect Gong and Ignition

About integration: Ignition connects with Gong to feed transcripts of customer conversations into Ignition’s AI-powered tools. Ignition will automatically identify and summarize the transcripts into key themes and insights from customers. Product & marketing teams use these insights to inform what to build, message, and launch.

How to connect

You must have an Ignition account account with Admin Permissions.

  1. Log in to Ignition.

  2. Click Connect on the Gong integration and follow the approval flow

  3. Once connected, you can find your customer conversations in the Insights section under Product Management in the side navigation of Ignition.
